Collections – Recoveries of delinquent accounts receivable, bad debts, and charged off accounts.  Our staff is thoroughly trained in all aspects of debt collection and creditor representation. We employ all lawful methods to bring about satisfaction of a debt, such as attachment of real estate, bank accounts, and wages as well as skip tracing, and advanced searches.

Foreclosures – We represent lenders and investors in residential and commercial foreclosures. We conduct a title examination, determine what if any actions are required to perfect the security interest of the mortgagee, send all required statutory notices, schedule and conduct a foreclosure auction, conduct post sale closing activities. We are also able to provide seller representation to client’s REO Departments.

Replevin – We represent secured creditors in efforts to recover collateral  when the borrower is in default and will not voluntarily surrender the collateral. This often requires a lawsuit be filed and a court order be obtained and enforced.

Bankruptcy – We represent lenders and investors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. When appropriate, we are able to petition the Bankruptcy Court for relief from the automatic bankruptcy stay or for adequate protection for our client. We are also able to file proofs of claim and monitor the Chapter 11 or Chapter 13 plan on behalf of our client.

FDCPA/93A Defense – We represent lenders, investors, collection agencies, and collection attorneys in defense of FDCPA and 93A Claims.

Civil Litigation/Criminal Defense – We represent members of the local community in civil litigation and criminal defense, including employment law, personal injury, OUI defense, restraining orders, etc.

Subrogation – We represent insurance companies in subrogation claims across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Evictions – We handle evictions for landlord and REO clients in the district and housing courts in eastern Massachusetts.
