Richard H. Kream – Richard Kream is the principal of the firm. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and from New England School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. Richard became a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 1972. He represents his clients in civil litigation, retail and commercial collections, elder law, contract law, foreclosures, estates and trusts, other civil matters.

Mark Seitsinger – Mark was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1985. Since that time Mark has represented clients in creditor rights litigation, general  civil litigation, probate and criminal litigation, as well as foreclosures and real estate practice.  

Richard J. Omar – Rich’s practice is focused on consumer and commercial default servicing and enforcement of civil judgments, insurance subrogation, enforcement of creditor’s rights against collateral including foreclosure and replevin, enforcement of creditor’s rights in bankruptcy proceedings, enforcement of commercial and residential landlord’s property rights in eviction and tenant’s bankruptcy proceedings. Rich graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a computer science degree in 2005 and Suffolk University Law School in 2009. Rich has practiced at Kream and Kream since joining as a law clerk in 2008. Rich is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and United States Federal Court for the District of Massachusetts.
